31-year-old Motorists Killed in Head-on Crash on State Route 124
Walla Walla County, WA (August 07, 2021) – On Friday, a 31-year-old motorist died in a head-on crash on State Route 124 close to milepost 9.
The Washington State Patrol says, the accident happened around 5:10 a.m. and a passing motorist called in it.
Reports say that the 31-year-olds vehicle heading east collided with a westbound car after crossing the centerline.
Moreover, rescuers say that the occupant of the other car, a 45-year-old driver was airlifted to Kadlec after sustaining injuries due to the crash.
Additionally, authorities say that the 45-year-old driver is safe now.
The WSP is conducting an investigation, alcohol, and drugs are not a factor in the crash.
Fortunately, both vehicles did not have passengers during the collision.
