Motorist Killed in Balfour Road Traffic Collision [Brentwood, CA]

Brentwood, CA (April 08, 2022) On Thursday, a motorist died in a traffic collision near Balfour Road and Highway 4.

Authorities say that the 2-vehicle fatal crash happened at about 5:54 a.m. near Marsh Creek Road.

Moreover, reports say that a driver eastbound on a silver Toyota Corolla collided with a westbound international truck.

Rescuers pronounced the Toyota driver dead at the scene, while the truck driver was not hurt.

The Contra Costa CHP is handling the investigation to determine the probable cause of the crash.
