Woman Dies in Federal Way 2-Vehicle Collision

Federal Way, WA (March 21, 2022) – On Sunday, a fatal accident on Interstate 5 killed a female motorist and injured another.

The Washington State Patrol (WSP) says that the fatal wreck happened at around 7 p.m. near 304th Street.

According to the WSP, 2 cars collided and fell off the interstate, then landed the freeway onto Military Road.

Moreover, officials said that the woman is suspected to have been the cause of the crash, she was ejected from her vehicle.

Rescuers pronounced the female motorist dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, paramedics took the other driver to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.

Authorities closed one northbound I-5 lane due to the crash.

Officials are conducting an investigation on the wreck.
