BAKERSFIELD, CA (December 27, 2022) – Monday morning, a motorist died and another suffered injuries in an auto accident on Coffee Road.
 
The incident happened at around 6:45 a.m. near the 1800 block of Coffee Road.
 
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, an SUV rear-ended a gardening trick with a trailer that was parked on the side of the roadway.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced one person dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported one person to a hospital with moderate injuries.
 
Furthermore, officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incidents.
