1 Dead in San Diego Car Accident
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 23, 2019) – A motorcyclist died after a vehicle hit him on April 22 at a Vista intersection.
The crash happened shortly before 6:10 p.m. on Specialty Drive and Poinsettia Avenue, Sgt. Hernan Gonzalez stated.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
Meanwhile, Gonzalez revealed that the 30-year-old motorcyclist died at the scene. His identity is unreleased due to the pending family notification.
Lt. Dave Perkins revealed that the other vehicle’s driver, believed to be in his 50s, and his wife didn’t suffer any injuries. They both remained at the scene. Perkins added that drugs or alcohol are ruled out as a factor.
