BONSALL, CA (March 6, 2019) – A motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries in a multi-vehicle collision involving a box truck on March 5 in Bonsall.
 
California Highway Patrol Officer Jim Bettencourt revealed that the crash occurred shortly before 7:45 a.m. on southbound 15 Freeway north of Gopher Canyon Road.
 
The rider, whose identity remains unknown, went to Palomar Medical Center with major injuries.
 
The CHP officer currently investigates the factors that caused the collision.
