Jefferson City Collision Results in Injuries
Jefferson City, MO (August 13, 2024) – Paul Looten, 62, was injured in a Route C collision Saturday afternoon.
It was about 4:25 p.m. when the collision happened in the 1800 block area.
Looten was driving his 2005 Honda Shadow 1100 westbound when a 2018 Lincoln MKX pulled out in front of him from a private driveway.
As a result, the Honda struck the driver’s side of the Lincoln and Looten was thrown from his motorcycle.
Looten sustained injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
The Lincoln driver, on the other hand, was not injured.
JCPD said both drivers were wearing safety devices when the collision happened.
