One Fatality after Motorcycle Vs. Car Crash on Newland Avenue in Westminster

 
Westminster, CA (May 14, 2021) – Thursday night, a motorcyclist died after a crash with a vehicle in the area of Newland Avenue and Heil Street.
 
The Westminster fatal crash happened just before 8:55 p.m on May 13, near the border of Huntington Beach.
 
According to reports, the motorcyclist traveled eastbound on Heil when the motorcycle collided with a car going northbound on Newland.
 
Moreover, it wasn’t known which vehicle may have run a red light.
 
Westminster police responded and found a motorcycle in the middle of the intersection. The motorcyclist died on the scene.
 
Whether the occupants of the other vehicle were injured is unknown at this time.
 
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and police were searching for surveillance video from nearby businesses.
