Rider Dies after Hitting Two Vehicles on Highway 155 in Wofford Heights

 
WOFFORD HEIGHTS, CA (June 8, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed after hitting two vehicles Saturday afternoon in Wofford Heights.
 
The crash happened around 3:37 p.m., on Highway 155. Dispatchers arrived near Sawmill Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a man was riding his motorcycle westbound on Highway 155 when he drifted into oncoming traffic. He swiped the left side of a Ford pickup truck before continuing out of control and hit a white Dodge Durango head-on.
 
The impact ejected the rider from his bike. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has been withheld pending next of kin notification.
 
No other injuries reported in the crash.
 
Further investigation is underway.
