26-Year-Old Man Dead after Motorcycle Accident at Challenger Avenue
SAN JOSE, CA (July 14, 2018) – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash on McKee Road, early Saturday evening. His identity and place of residence will be released by the Santa Clara Medical-Examiner Coroner’s Office after next of kin has been notified.
According to San Jose Police Sgt. Enrique Garcia, the fatal accident took place on McKee at Challenger Avenue, around 6:30 PM.
The motorcyclist was traveling westbound on McKee when it collided with a 2016 Honda CRV that was turning left from eastbound McKee onto Challenger. He sustained critical injuries and was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
