Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Loop 101 [Glendale, AZ]

Vehicle Rear-Ends Motorcycle in Fatal Collision near 51st Avenue

 
GLENDALE, AZ (November 12, 2019) – A motorcyclist died in a crash on Loop 101 on early Tuesday morning.
 
According to the police, the crash happened near 51st Avenue before 5:15 AM.
 
Based on a report, a vehicle rear-ended the victim’s motorcycle. The rider ejected from the bike. As a result, two other vehicles ran over the motorcyclist.
 
Paramedics transported the man to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. However, his name is not yet released by the authorities.
 
The other drivers did not suffer any injuries and stayed on the scene. No criminal charges are pending.
 
The freeway’s right and center lanes blocked while clearing operations took place in the area. However, no further information has been released to the public as the investigation continues.
