1 Dead in Santa Rosa Motorcycle Accident on Bicentennial Way and Mendocino Avenue

 
SANTA ROSA, CA (March 21, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, a motorcyclist died in a crash on Bicentennial Way and Mendocino Avenue.
 
The crash occurred at about 12:06 p.m. on Bicentennial Way and Mendocino Avenue. According to reports, a man in his mid-50s sustained life-threatening injuries after crashing into a pole. Responders took him to a nearby hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identity of the deceased. Also, the police confirmed that alcohol didn’t show signs of drinking.
 
Meanwhile, investigators shared that alcohol didn’t play a role in the crash. At this time, the investigators suspect that dozens of motorcyclists were in the area riding northbound on Mendocino Avenue and turned eastbound on Bicentennial Way.
 
Responders found the motorcyclist in his 90s Harley Davidson motorcycle roughly 200 yards east of Mendocino Avenue.
