Man Dead in Bakersfield Motorcycle Accident on Highway 155 and Sawmill Road

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (June 11, 2019) – A motorcyclist died in a collision with two cars on Highway 155 and Sawmill Road on June 8.
 
The CHP said that the incident happened just before 4:00. According to them, the motorcyclist rode west on Highway 155 and Sawmill Road, when he veered into oncoming traffic.
 
He crashed into the Ford truck’s left side before losing control and crashing into a Dodge Durango head-on.
 
The impact threw the rider off his vehicle. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene.
 
CHP also clarified that no other person suffered any injury. The collision remains under investigation.
