Driver and Passenger Injured in Chandler Fatal Crash
Chandler, AZ (Aug. 8, 2023) – On Monday morning, a male motorcyclist lost his life following a Chandler Boulevard collision.
The Chandler police and firefighters responded to the collision at about 11:15 a.m. in the area of Pennington Drive, east of Dobson Road, wherein a small SUV was also involved.
Investigating officers said the man who was driving the motorcycle succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the driver and passenger of the SUV were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
Chandler police said impairment is not suspected on the SUV driver, but it’s unclear if it was a factor for the deceased motorcyclist, pending autopsy results.
In the meantime, officers are still investigating the traffic accident.
