Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident in Everett
EVERETT, CA (October 2, 2019) – An unidentified motorcyclist was killed in a car crash on Broadway Street Wednesday morning.
Officials reported the accident occurred at 6:00 AM. The district attorney’s office stated the victim was hit from behind. However, the vehicle involved fled the scene and has yet to be identified.
In addition, authorities have identified several vehicles in the area at the time of the accident. They are also questioning a suspect believed to be involved
Due to the collision, Broadway was closed between Lexington Avenue and Hancock Street for a period of time. It has since been reopened.
Furthermore, there has been no information released regarding the circumstances leading up to the incident. The accident is still under investigation.
