TEMPE, AZ (July 18, 2022) – Saturday morning, a motorcyclist died in an accident on Kyrene Road and Elliot Road.
 
The incident involving a FedEx truck and a motorcycle occurred at about 6:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred at the intersection of Kyrene Road and Elliot Road.
 
According to reports, the truck headed east and as it turned north, it struck a motorcyclist driving west.
 
As a result, the motorcycle tipped over in the middle of the intersection underneath the truck.
 
Moreover, responders declared the motorcycle driver dead at the scene. At this time, the authorities do not believe that impairment played a role in the crash.
 
Meanwhile, the crash stalled traffic in the area.
