Motorcycle Rider Hurt after San Diego Truck Accident on 15 Freeway
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 12, 2019) — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries following truck accident on 15 Freeway on Sunday, November 10.
At around 11:30 a.m., a 28-year-old man rode a Honda motorcycle from 15 Freeway north to westbound Miramar Road. Then he drifted into the lane of a westbound fuel truck in Scripps Ranch, San Diego Police Officer Dino Delimitros stated.
The motorcyclist sustained a serious injury to his left leg. The injury was not considered life-threatening.
The 74-year-old driver of the fuel truck was not hurt in the incident.
The Traffic Division is still investigating the collision.
