Rider Seriously Hurt after Collision with Vehicle at Santa Fe Avenue and Ranchero Road
HESPERIA, CA (July 2, 2019) – A motorcyclist suffered injuries after colliding with a vehicle on Santa Fe Avenue, Tuesday morning.
According to the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station, the incident happened near Ranchero Road, at about 6:17 AM. A white Chevrolet Camaro attempted to make a U-turn in front of a motorcyclist traveling in the same direction. Then, the motorcycle crashed into the driver side door of the Camaro.
Emergency responders airlifted the motorcyclist, who complained of pain to his whole body. Authorities did not provide updates on the rider’s current condition. Meanwhile, the Chevrolet driver remained and cooperated with investigators. In addition, no other injuries were reported by police.
The Hesperia Sheriff’s Station continues to investigate the cause of the crash. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
