Hit-and-Run Driver Wanted after Motorcycle Crash near Interstate 280
SAN JOSE, CA (March 15, 2019) – A motorcyclist suffered injuries Friday evening following a hit-and-run collision on Highway 17. Authorities did not disclose the identity and the age of the victim.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 8:00 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle struck a motorcycle near Interstate 280.
Emergency responders transported the motorcyclist to Valley Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle immediately fled the area.
