Suspect Detained after DWI Crash on Interstate 10 East in Converse
Converse, TX (September 28, 2023) – Wednesday night, a motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in a crash on Interstate 10 East.
The crash happened just after 11 p.m. on September 27.
A witness at the scene told police the driver of that car hit the motorcyclist, which caused him to lay the bike over and suffer serious injuries.
He was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.
According to SAPD, many vehicles stopped to render aid and provide statements to police.
The man driving the vehicle was detained by police on suspicion of DWI, but no word on whether he was charged.
