Bellingham, WA (August 23, 2020) – Saturday afternoon, a motorcyclist sustained injuries after a suspected DUI crash in the 1100 block of Marine Drive
 
The incident happened at around 4 p.m. on August 22. Dispatched officers arrived shortly after.
 
Authorities say the Honda driver crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck a motorcycle head-on.
 
Emergency crews transported the motorcyclist to Harborview Medical Center. His condition is not known.
 
Meanwhile, the driver is suspected of driving under the influence.
 
Further investigation is ongoing.
