1 Injured in San Juan Capistrano Motorcycle Accident on Highway 74 near Casper’s Regional Park
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA (May 2, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, a motorcyclist suffered injuries in a crash on Highway 74 near Casper’s Regional Park.
The California Highway Patrol revealed that the crash involving a sedan and a motorcycle occurred at 1:51 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on the eastbound Ortega Highway just west of Casper’s Regional Park.
According to the CHP, the rider remained down in lanes for at least 15 minutes. Furthermore, the motorcyclist sustained major injuries.
By 2:05 p.m., the authorities issued a SigAlert for eastbound Ortega Highway. Then, the roadway reopened at 2:20 p.m.
