A witness revealed that the motorcyclist tried to turn left into Summit Valley Road. Meanwhile, the Toyota Tacoma traveled on Highway 138 and crashed with the rider.
 
As a result, an ambulance transported the motorcyclist to the Community Hospital of San Bernardino with unknown injuries.
