1 Hurt in Sun Tran Bus and Motorcycle Accident on Grant Road and Alvernon Way

 
TUCSON, AZ (August 29, 2021) – Friday night, a motorcyclist sustained injuries in a crash on Grant Road and Alvernon Way.
 
The crash which led to a traffic halt involved a Sun Tran bus and a motorcycle. According to reports, the incident happened on Grant Road and Alvernon Way.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities said that the rider headed east on Grant Road when it failed to yield at a red light. Also, the rider didn’t wear a helmet when it crashed into the back of the Sun Tran bus.
 
Afterward, responders took the motorcyclist to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
Also, the incident impacted both north and southbound on Alvernon Way.
