Vehicle and Motorcycle Crash on 280 Freeway
SAN JOSE, CA (September 12, 2019) – A motorcyclist suffered injuries in a crash on 280 Freeway northbound on Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened just south of Highway 17 at approximately 9:58 AM. Based on a report, the victim’s motorcycle collided with a black Jaguar SUV.
The paramedics arrived for rescue. After that, they transported the rider to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for complaints of pain to right wrist, back, and head.
The No. 1 and 2 lanes closed due to the commotion. A clearing operation took place and the victim’s motorcycle transported from the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, according to the CHP. However, police did not release any further details regarding the crash on 280 Freeway at this time.
