20-Year-Old Person Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Market Street

 
San Diego, CA (January 29, 2021) – On Friday, a 20-year-old motorcyclist was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Market Street in the Mount Hope neighborhood.
 
The incident happened at about 10 p.m. in the 4300 block area which involved another motorcyclist.
 
Apparently, the motorcyclist was riding his 2003 Harley Davidson when another motorcyclist swerved and struck his motorcycle. Consequently, both riders lost control and crashed.
 
Immediately, the suspect got back on their motorcycle and fled the scene. Authorities do not have information about the suspect’s motorcycle.
 
Unfortunately, the Harley rider incurred an open fracture to his lower right leg. Responders took him to a hospital with non-fatal injuries.
 
Meanwhile, no one witnessed the crash and the suspect was at large.
