Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Crash on Foothill Road [Goleta, CA]

Motorcycle and Vehicle Collision Reported Near La Vista Road

 
GOLETA, CA (September 10, 2019) – A motorcyclist became hospitalized after a crash on Foothill Road on early Tuesday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near La Vista Road at approximately 6:30 PM. Based on a report from the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the victim collided with an unidentified vehicle. The manner of the collision was not yet known.
 
Paramedics and firefighters treated the rider at the scene. After that, an AMR ambulance transported the victim to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle involved did not suffer injuries.
 
The authorities are investigating the crash.
