Motorcycle Down after Multi-Vehicle Collision Reported near Vermont Avenue

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 17, 2018) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a collision on 105 Freeway, mid Wednesday evening. His identity and place of residence were not immediately disclosed.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 7:51 PM, just east of Vermont Avenue. The authorities arrived at the scene to find a motorcycle, a white Mercedes-Benz, a dark vehicle, and another unknown car at the scene.
 
Responding medics transported the unidentified motorcycle rider to a local hospital for treatment of unknown injuries. No further details had been released regarding the victim’s condition.
 
Events leading up to the pile-up collision are unclear at this time, but all lanes of the freeway were blocked off as clearing operations and investigation took place. The authorities continue to investigation in order to determine the cause and other factors that led to the incident.
