Motorcycle Rider Killed in Mowry Avenue Collision [Fremont, CA]

Fremont, CA (September 14, 2024) – A motorcycle rider was killed in a Mowry Avenue collision Thursday night.

It was about 7:10 p.m. when the collision happened at the intersection with Crosspointe Common.

Investigators said the motorcyclist was westbound on Mowry Avenue and collided with the front of a passenger vehicle that was turning left from eastbound Mowry Avenue.

The motorcycle and the passenger vehicle collided.

Sadly, the motorcyclist was declared dead at the scene. Authorities have not released the deceased’s name pending notification of kin.

The driver of the passenger vehicle remained at the crash scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Investigators do not consider alcohol and drugs as factors.
