What Can the Family of a Motorcycle Crash Victim Do?
In a time filled with uncertainty, confronting a tragic loss can seem unimaginable. However, it’s crucial to consider that the family of the victim is entitled to significant compensation via a wrongful death claim.
“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the wrongful death of a loved one,” says Tyler Toomey, a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
Tyler adds “When a family retains an attorney immediately, it gives them time to grieve and heal, while their attorney works to build a strong case and hold the negligent party accountable.”
