3 Vehicles Involved in Collision near Hill Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 12, 2018) – On Monday afternoon, a motorcycle rider was down in a crash on 110 Freeway. A Good Samaritan helped the victim move to the right side of the road. The name and place of residence of the motorcyclist have not disclosed at this time.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported around 4:17 PM, near Hill Street. The reports said that the rider collided with a white Toyota Prius and a dark Lincoln that was seen weaving in and out of lanes prior to the crash.
The paramedics were requested for needed medical assistance. They have not released the condition of the rider and the other motorists who were involved in the pile-up.
After an initial assessment and rescue efforts, a clearing operation was performed to clean and clear the area. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the crash and to identify possible contributing factors. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
Weaving in and out of lanes is dangerous. Always stay at your lane and be aware of the presence of other motorists around you. Pay attention and consider small vehicles like motorcycles and bicycles because these are more prone to road accidents than bigger vehicles.
