Motorcycle Rider Dies in 101 Freeway Collision [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (February 23, 2023) – On Tuesday, a motorcycle rider sustained fatal injuries following a 101 Freeway collision.

The fatal collision took place before 8 p.m. on the eastbound freeway, west of the 404 Freeway interchange in Encino.

The unidentified motorcyclist was trapped under the SUV and died at the scene.

Apparently, a white Ford Explorer pulled over next to the exit ramp and the motorcycle could be seen on the side of the SUV.

Officers are investigating the Encino traffic accident.
