1 Hurt in San Diego Motorcycle Crash on Tierrasanta Boulevard
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 22, 2019) – A 28-year-old man sustained injuries after a motorcycle crash on Tierrasanta Boulevard on August 20.
Authorities received a report of the crash at around 4:15 p.m. In addition, it happened in the 11080 block of Tierrasanta Boulevard, San Diego Police Department Officer Robert Heims revealed.
Hemis added that the motorcyclist rode a 2019 Yamaha R6 motorcycle west on Tierrasanta Boulevard. After that, he “veered to the right and impacted the curb going onto the sidewalk,” Heims added.
“The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and landed on the ground,” Heims stated
As a result, the motorcyclist sustained a fractured left pelvis and heart injuries. However, these injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
