Austin, TX (June 1, 2024) On Thursday morning, a person was hurt and hospitalized after a motorcycle collision on Texas 71.

According to the ATCEMS, the 2-vehicle crash happened around 11:15 a.m. at the intersection of Wolf Lane, east of Austin Bergstrom-International Airport.

Reports say that a motorcycle and a vehicle collided at the intersection. Medics say that a person was injured and was transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries.

Officials say that the crash closed eastbound lanes for around an hour.
