CHANDLER, AZ (October 24, 2021) – Thursday afternoon, a mother and child sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on California and Tulsa Street.
 
According to Chandler Police Department, the incident happened at around 2:20 p.m. Moreover, it occurred near Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard.
 
Reports revealed that a white or gray two-door Ford Mustang lost control. Then, it struck a mother pushing a small child in a stroller on the sidewalk.
 
Afterward, the vehicle struck a block wall and a tree. Eventually, the driver fled the scene, heading westbound on Tulsa Street.
 
Furthermore, responders transported the mother and her child to a hospital with minor injuries.
