Woman Suffers Head Injury in Hit-and-Run Accident in Covelo

 
Covelo, CA (June 22, 2021) – On Monday, a mother and child were injured in Covelo hit-and-run crash.
 
The accident took place at 7:40 p.m. when the suspect’s vehicle ran a stop sign.
 
Unfortunately, the victims’ vehicle was struck and they careened into a bush.
 
Authorities said the woman incurred a head injury. Rescuers both transported the woman and child to Howard Memorial Hospital in Willits.
