Damage and Injuries Sustained after Two Vehicles Collide near West Valley High School
HEMET, CA (May 6, 2019) – A mother and her child were hospitalized Monday morning following a two-vehicle crash in front of Brubaker Park.
According to the Hemet Police Department, the incident happened shortly after 8:00 AM. Due to unknown circumstances, a white Honda Civic and a white Hyundai Genesis collided near West Valley High School.
Emergency responders transported a woman and her child to Hemet Valley Hospital for evaluation and treatment. Further updates on their current conditions were not provided.
Both vehicles sustained moderate damage as a result of the collision. Vehicle parts and debris were spread throughout the area, blocking several lanes. The Hemet Fire Department arrived at the scene to assist with clearing operations.
