One Hospitalized in Car Crash on Route 17 Near Big Bend Community College
MOSES LAKE, WA (January 29, 2018) – The Washington State Patrol reported a two-car collision on State Route 17 at the intersection of Randolph Road near Big Bend Community College, on Monday afternoon.
Fire fighters from the Grant County First District 5 and the Grant County Sheriff deputies responded to the scene of the crash. A woman was stuck in one of the vehicles and had to be extricated by fire personnel.
She was transported to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition.
The cause for the accident is unclear. It is currently under investigation by the WSP. The identity of the injured woman has not yet been released, and no other injuries were reported.
