MORGAN HILL, CA – Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Highway 101 at East Dunne Avenue

Motorcycle and Pickup Truck Collide on Highway 101 in Morgan Hill Killing the Rider

 
MORGAN HILL, CA (March 16, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed following a traffic collision late Saturday afternoon in Morgan Hill.
 
The collision happened around 5:14 p.m. on northbound Highway 101 at East Dunne Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle and a beige pickup truck collided, causing blockage on the highway.
 
The rider was transported by paramedics to a hospital, where the individual was declared dead. The identity of the victim has not yet been released pending next of kin notification.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
