BMW Driver Arrested in Fife Fatal Collision
Fife, WA (July 20, 2023) – Early Wednesday morning, 48-year-old Morgan Baker of Tacoma was killed in an Interstate 5 hit-and-run collision.
The authorities responded to the crash scene past 3:15 a.m. to the northbound freeway near 54th Avenue East.
When they arrived, officers declared Baker dead and they also located the BMW at the scene while the driver fled on foot.
On Wednesday evening, the authorities located the 20-year-old driver who was involved in the Interstate 5 hit-and-run collision and booked him to Pierce County Jail.
Meanwhile, WSP officers are still investigating the Fife fatal motorcycle crash.
