MOORPARK, CA (October 12, 2018) – A man was killed Friday evening following a two-vehicle collision near Broadway Road. The deceased victim was later identified as 58-year-old Moises Paniagua, a resident of Fillmore.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident took place at about 10:35 PM on Highway 23. A northbound green Honda Accord, driven by Paniagua, was approaching a curve when it collided head-on with an eastbound black Ford F-350.
Paniagua and three of his passengers – a 51-year-old woman, a 22-year-old woman, and a 16-year-old girl – were rushed to the Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks for treatment.
