MODESTO, CA – One Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash at Claribel Road and Langworth Road

4-Vehicle Wreck on Claribel Road in Modesto Ends in Fatality

 
MODESTO, CA (February 13, 2019) – At least one person was killed following a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Modesto.
 
The fatal crash happened around 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of Claribel Road and Langworth Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, at least four vehicles were involved for unknown reasons. A pickup truck reportedly went into a ditch and was hit by another vehicle. Two other vehicles got involved following the initial crash.
 
Firefighters along with paramedics arrived on the scene and found at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
A Mercedes-Benz sustained a rear-end damage and was towed away from the wreck.
 
No identifying information is being released at this time. The incident remains under investigation.
