Injuries Reported in Highway 95 Deadly Crash
St. Charles County, MO (September 21, 2024) – 22-year-old Miranda Douglas of St. Charles, was killed in a vehicle crash on Highway 95 Friday morning.
It was about 2 a.m. when the solo-vehicle crash happened east of Howell Road.
MSHP officers stated a 22-year-old St. Peters man was driving east on Highway 94 when he failed to negotiate a curve and overcorrected.
The vehicle drove off the right side of the highway and overturned.
The driver and three passengers, a 21-year-old O’Fallon woman, a 22-year-old St. Peters man, and a 23-year-old from St. Peters, sustained serious injuries. The rescuers rushed them to a local hospital.
The 4th passenger, Miranda Douglas, was pronounced deceased at the crash scene.
Officers said only one of them was wearing a seatbelt.
