Fontana, CA (April 4, 2023) – On March 26, a driver, 33-year-old Miney Salazar of Fontana, sustained fatal injuries following a solo-vehicle crash on Ilex Street.

The Fontana Police Department responded to the crash scene at about 10:14 p.m. in the area of Foothill Boulevard.

Responding officers declared Salazar dead at the crash scene.
