1 Killed and 1 Arrested in Auburn Pedestrian Accident on Auburn Folsom Road and Sunrise Ridge Circle
AUBURN, CA (September 21, 2021) – Sunday night, authorities arrested Mikayla Graham in a deadly pedestrian crash on Auburn Folsom Road.
According to authorities, the incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Auburn Folsom Road and Sunrise Ridge Circle.
Reports revealed that a vehicle struck a male pedestrian in the area of Auburn Folsom Road and Sunrise Ridge Circle.
Furthermore, responders rushed to the scene and performed life-saving efforts to no avail. Paramedics pronounced the 78-year-old man dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, authorities arrested the vehicle driver, 25-year-old Mikayla Graham of Granite Bay on suspicion of DUI. The authorities booked Graham into Auburn Placer County Jail. She’s now facing DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated charges.
