Miguel Martinez of Covina Dies in Big Rig Crash on 210 Freeway [Tujunga, CA]

Vehicle Collision on 210 FWY Kills Two

Tujunga, CA (May 25, 2022) – On Tuesday, Miguel Martinez, 57, of Covina, and another man in his 40s, both died in a big rig crash on 210 Freeway.

The CHP responded to the crash scene at 12:08 a.m. on the westbound freeway in the area of La Tuna Canyon Road.

When they arrived, the authorities declared Martinez and the other victim, both died at the scene.

According to the investigators, a car slammed into the rear of a big rig leaving the vehicle stuck beneath the truck.

The emergency rescuers pulled the crumpled vehicle from beneath the truck and found the men amid the wreckage.

Meanwhile, the authorities are investigating this fatal incident.
