EL PASO, TX (August 17, 2023) – Tuesday, authorities arrested Miguel Angel Orozco in an alarming bicycle accident on 12900 Jobe Road.

Authorities apprehended 19-year-old Orozco on the 12900 block of Jobe Road, near the East Montana Middle School in far east El Paso.

According to the Sheriff’s Office report, Orozco drove a truck fast down Jobe Road when he struck a 15-year-old teenager who was riding a bicycle.

Meanwhile, the 15-year-old was transported to the hospital after suffering minor injuries but was later discharged.

Officers charged Orozco with aggravated assault and too him to the El Paso County Jail.

The bond was set at $10,000.
