Marks Avenue Head-On Crash Kills Driver
Fresno, CA (July 14, 2022) – On Wednesday, a middle-aged woman lost her life in a tractor-trailer crash on Manning Avenue.
It was about 6:40 p.m. when the collision took place at the intersection with Marks Avenue.
When the authorities arrived at the crash scene, they located a fatally injured female driver inside her car. Officers declared her dead at the scene.
According to the investigating officers, the woman yielded for a stop sign before turning into the intersection. However, her vehicle ended in the path of an oncoming semi-truck.
The authorities investigating the Marks Avenue head-on crash say the truck driver did not sustain injuries in the collision.
Officers are still investigating the fatal crash.
