Ceres, CA (November 04, 2023) On Thursday afternoon, 21-year-old Michelle Echeverria of Hughson died in a tragic collision on Hatch Road.

According to the Ceres Police Department, the fatal crash happened around 4 p.m. near the intersection of Hatch Road and Faith Home Road.

Officials say that the impact of the collision ejected Echeverria from the vehicle she was driving.

Reports say that the driver of the other vehicle, identified as 31-year-old Dylan Wilson was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence resulting in injury or death and second-degree murder.

Authorities are investigating the suspected DUI crash.
