1 Person Hurt in Fresno Auto Accident on Olive and Linden Avenue
FRESNO, CA (October 15, 2024) – Sunday morning, authorities arrested Michelle Ashley Ruiz after an alarming DUI crash on Olive and Linden Avenue.
The incident happened at around 2:00 a.m. on Olive and Linden Avenue.
According to the Fresno Police Department, an eastbound vehicle struck an officer, and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Moreover, responders transported the officer to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the vehicle, identified as 21-year-old Ruiz, on suspicion of felony DUI and felony hit and run.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
